Aleksandra Kubas-Kruk, Anna Bernacka, and Monika Kruk are graduates of the Karol Lipinski Academy of Music in Wroclaw.
Each artist independently performs on music stages in Poland and abroad /Opera Theaters, Philharmonics/. Together they joined forces in 2019. At that time, they performed all Mieczyslaw Wajnberg song cycles dedicated to female voices at the Witold Lutoslawski National Forum of Music in Wroclaw. As part of the Polish Music Scene program, in 2021 they performed recitals at the National Philharmonic in Warsaw, and at the Chamber Philharmonic in Lomza. In 2023, an album was released by the DUX label, “Weinberg (un)discovered,” which was nominated for a Fryderyk Award. The artists are invited to numerous. Festivals and concerts. They have performed, among others, in the Krakow Cultural Forum, Zamosc /during the Pardes Festival/, on RDC radio (Quarantine in HI-FI), and in Salzburg as part of the WOD - Weinberg 2023 Festival. In early 2024, recordings appeared on the You Tube channel with songs by Polish composers written after 1920. (including Piotr Perkowski, Tadeusz Zygfryd Kassern, Henryk Opieński, Stanisław Wiechowicz), which the artists realized thanks to the Scholarship of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage. In September, the artists perform a series of concerts dedicated to Julian Tuwim on the 130th anniversary of his birth. In 2024, they were among the winners of the “Polish Music Stage” program for the second time.
The trio is constantly expanding its repertoire with new works mainly by Polish composers who are forgotten or rarely performed on music stages.
